The barriers we set out to remove
We recognise that accessing healthcare is not always easy. Patients may live far from healthcare facilities, struggle to find convenient appointment times, have demanding work or family responsibilities, spend significant time travelling and waiting, or require healthcare outside traditional consulting hours.
Technology creates an opportunity to remove some of these barriers. Through Your Online Doctor, patients can access healthcare remotely while being connected to the appropriate healthcare professional or service for their needs.
